During regular 1:1 video sessions, an experienced Torch coach will help the leader build a custom development plan based on their leadership assessment results.

Leaders then set their own growth goals with the help of their Torch coach. Together, they will define specific actions to track progress and hit leadership development targets.

Nick’s a serial founder (1 exit, 1 distressed sale, 3 fails) who currently works for Amazon Web Services (AWS) advising leading Silicon Valley startups on everything from sales to hiring and beyond. Prior to joining AWS, Nick consulted to CEOs in the maritime, technology, and staffing industries. He previously served as VP of Innovation at TrueBlue, a NYSE-listed staffing firm, where he reported to the CEO and Board of Directors as revenue grew from $1.3BN in 2011 to $2.2BN/yr in 2014. Nick began his career as an investment banker advising California officials on the issuance of over $400 million in municipal bonds. When he’s not on his laptop or phone, Nick enjoys cocktails with his wife, roughhousing with his twins, swimming, and sunset bicycle cruises around his home of Alameda, CA.
