During regular 1:1 video sessions, an experienced Torch coach will help the leader build a custom development plan based on their leadership assessment results.

Execute

Leaders then set their own growth goals with the help of their Torch coach. Together, they will define specific actions to track progress and hit leadership development targets.

About Charly:
Charly Kevers is the Chief Financial Officer at Carta. In his 20+ years of experience, Charly has held various roles in finance and strategy, including investor relations and corporate development in multiple countries across North America, Europe, and Asia. Before joining Carta, Charly served as the VP of Finance at marketplace lender LendingClub where he oversaw all finance activities supporting new product and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Charly led acquisitions, strategic investments, and key initiatives at Salesforce, Hewlett Packard, J.P. Morgan and Samsung.

About Andrea:
Andrea Baptiste leads the Global Strategic Startups and Connections teams at Amazon. She has been a founding member/CEO at 4 tech startups, in Canada and Silicon Valley where she led corporate vision & strategy, raised financing rounds (over 12 rounds of financing including friends and family, angel, seed and Series A-C), drove product-market fit, scaled companies globally, established new markets and channels, and exited through M&A and an IPO. Andrea is a mentor with Techstars, a real estate investor, and an Angel investor in tech and CPG companies. Andrea was a founding member of the Women Founders series at Ryerson DMZ University Accelerator and speaks often at events including StartupLife, Women in Engineering, Female Founders & Funders and Go Eng Girl.

About Michael:
Michael Tannenbaum is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer of Brex. He was the Company’s first employee and oversees Finance, Operations, Risk, Rewards, Financial Partnerships, Customer Support, Business Development and Capital Markets. He supervises Brex profitability across all of its business segments. Tannenbaum joined Brex from online lender SoFi where he was promoted six times in three years, ultimately to Chief Revenue Officer. During his time at SoFi, Tannenbaum was VP of Finance where he negotiated Softbank’s record-breaking $1 billion Series E investment and also ran the mortgage business. Tannenbaum began his career in the investment banking division of J.P. Morgan, worked at private equity firm Hellman & Friedman. He was featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 Finance in 2016 and the SF Business Times 40 Under 40 in 2017.
