Michael has led remote teams at the White House, U.S. Department of Justice, and FBI. He was the former FBI chief of employee communications and engagement post 9/11 terrorist attacks and member of the FBI pandemic flu task force. He currently coaches leaders of remote teams at hospitals, biotech firms, Amazon, Reddit, and Google.

Alina Campos

Alina coaches leaders and frontline workers on stress management, navigating uncertainty, and managing full-time parenting during COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to coaching, she spearheaded the adoption of remote and distributed workforce strategies in her role as a Director of HR and Development.

Puja Madan

Puja’s coaching framework is designed to improve business performance and wellbeing of leaders using mindfulness, data and behavior analysis. She is currently helping leaders and organizations with a ‘resilience, recovery and recalibration’ plan to navigate the challenges of COVID-19
