Yes. You can reach out to cs@torch.io with a request to switch coaches.

Do I have to take the Torch 360 Leadership Assessment?
No. This is an optional part of the experience.

Do I have to be a people manager to benefit from coaching?
Definitely not. We serve tons of individual contributors across Reddit and other companies. We see anyone who takes responsibility for the success of those around them as a "leader," not just those who manage people.

Torch Coaching: What is it?

Torch provides 1:1 remote coaching to employees of all levels. Your coach will help you set measurable goals, develop your leadership skills, and navigate tough situations to increase your efficacy and position yourself for career growth. 

You'll meet with your mentor monthly during your 6-month partnership, to work on your goals and focus areas
