After Apple, Alex was recruited to Compass, where he experienced rapid growth firsthand—scaling his team from 4 to over 30 people while navigating the company’s journey from startup to post-IPO. This experience gave him unique insights into leading through organizational change, strategic planning, and building systems that support both team performance and customer success.

As a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) with ICF PCC credentials, Alex now partners with mid-level managers and senior executives to unlock their leadership potential.
