    At a glance.

    What is Torch?

    Torch is a leadership coaching and alignment platform for talent teams that want coaching for all their leaders, not only the executive few. Senior ICF coaches with at least five years’ experience work inside your company’s strategic context, Spark AI supports practice between sessions, and behavior change is measured on before-and-after 360s. These resources are what we have learned doing it.

    Can I watch past webinars?
