Before becoming a coach, Andy worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. He is known for his commitment, integrity and tireless work on behalf of communities, organizations and associates. Andy is now focusing his experience and skills in an area he has always been passionate about: leadership coaching. His coaching and mentoring skills, honed through an extensive career as a health system executive, senior consultant and Managing Director of the Brookings Institution, are now complemented by a leadership coaching certification obtained through American University. Andy’s coaching goal is to help guide professionals in a thought-provoking and creative partnership that endeavors to inspire them to maximize their professional and personal potential.
