Together, they develop practices that promote and work through obstacles that limit personal and/or professional growth. She uses a blended model of coaching which centers the client in their own wisdom, traditions, and resource. Anela is also a Somatic and Mentor Coach, living on the Big Island of Hawaaiʻi with her two dogs, Cooper and Zhabdrung.
