Bill is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience. He is committed to growing effective leaders while helping companies reach their optimal potential. Bill has demonstrated expertise in evaluating and transitioning organizational processes and workforce culture and is well-practiced in building consensus among key stakeholders. At Acushnet Company, brands of Titleist, FootJoy, Scotty Cameron, and Vokey, he provided leadership and direction to 1,800 staff across six facilities in the U.S. and Thailand as Senior VP of Operations. He contributed to the transition of the organizational design from high-volume, low-performing SKU manufacturing to high-complexity, responsive manufacturing. Moreover, he led a global start-up team to establish a new factory in Thailand and directed all HR staffing and onboarding procedures for this $70M international expansion. As a coach Bill brings his experience combined with a practical coaching style that has helped leaders from industries such as manufacturing, technology, not-for-profit, education and biotech achieve their full potential.
