Carol is a Transformational Coach deeply passionate about helping high-potential leaders get out of their way to success. In addition to coaching 1-1, she also leads “Mind Tech” workshops and retreats for organizations and private groups.
Previously, she held various roles in finance managing multidisciplinary groups of people, including structuring derivatives at Citibank and working in M&A/ Corporate Development at Cosan- the largest energy/agribusiness in Brazil.
Carol is a Certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West and a Alethia’s wonderful advanced coaching methodology (Level 2). She has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, with a practice that spans almost two decades. She is a committed multidisciplinary life-long learner and a serious student of non-violent communication. Carol is also a baker, always seeking to create magical moments of celebration of life in the community.
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Carol has also lived in Switzerland, Brazil, and various cities across the US. She now lives in Miami with her husband and three little kids- her most precious teachers and challenging clients!
