Besides that, she has worked for four years as a partner and a CHRO at Indigosoft, an automation software company, which gives her a high-level corporate background in the technology area and daily contact with the headhunting, human resources, and development areas. She has extensive experience (over 2000 hours) of dealing with leadership, career, and emotional intelligence assessments (MPP and Janusian), and executive coaching sessions, and has also designed and executed several leadership workshops and group trainings for middle and C-level professionals.
