Working as an intercultural trainer and coach for more than 10 years, she has trained and coached many expat managers from around the globe. Having lived and worked in more than nine countries herself, she is keenly aware of the dynamics and challenges of global teams.

Karen’s coaching style is light-hearted, direct, and both analytical and creative. She loves using humor to help clients feel empowered during life’s challenges.

Karen is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Member Care, which specifically addresses issues in strengthening members’ performances in a culturally diverse environment.
