For the last eight years, he has also provided executive coaching to C-level executives, managers, engineers, and leaders across different sectors, supporting them to develop their careers and organizations. Luis’s passion is supporting individuals, teams, and companies to thrive in the face of change and complexity. Becoming a father, he realized the importance of working and leading change in compassionate and sustainable ways.
