Nathalie is an executive coach and organizational consultant with nearly 20 years of experience bridging the worlds of business and people development. Having worked in consulting (McKinsey & Company), business development (Teva Pharmaceuticals), and leadership development before founding her own practice in 2015, she brings both pragmatic insight into business realities and a deep understanding of people and organizations.
