Olinda started her professional career as a coach in 2015 offering a wide range of coaching services. She is driven by her passion to help her clients to further develop their talent, and maximize their productivity, whilst building resilience and managing stress. For over 20 years Olinda has held many positions in multinational companies (Procter and Gamble, Nestlé, Swissair, …) where she acquired extensive experience in the areas of Corporate Supply Chain, Customer Service and L&D. During her career she was also responsible for rolling out coaching training programs across different functions. Olinda offers guidance in each stage of your growth enabling you to efficiently achieve your goals. With her expertise, she will accompany you to set SMART objectives, develop relevant strategies, and establish a clear action plan that will help you reach your goals. Olinda can coach in English, French, and Portuguese.
