Randy C.

Randy left executive life to serve leaders as an authentic partner who has been “in their shoes” in high-stress leadership roles. From a rural upbringing around both good role models and criminals, Randy’s professional journey spans three continents and five countries. He applies 36 years of leadership success, seasoned with a few spectacular failures, to craft a coaching style grounded in reality—humble, direct, sometimes uncomfortable, but fun and effective at empowering others to achieve clarity, growth, positive change, and joy in what they do.

Randy’s life centers on service as a military officer/commander, civilian leader, and now as a coach helping clients on their journey toward success and joy. As one recent executive client said, “Our coaching is probably the only thing that has gotten me ready for this part.”
