Rony G.
Rony’s professional path wasn’t a skills-gathering mission, but one guided by curiosity and a search for meaning. As a director, he led diverse teams to realize his artistic interpretation, creating award-winning documentaries and commercials. As a manager, using his deep understanding of storytelling, Rony successfully headed marketing departments and served on advisory boards while navigating his privately-owned business. And as a seasoned coach with 2500 coaching hours, using his creative approach to change, he helped good leaders become even better. Rony takes pride in his quest, which has generated a broad perspective and inclusive viewpoint, one he can offer others.
As Michelangelo once said: “the greatest danger for most of us is not that we aim too high and miss, but aim too low and succeed”. Therefore, part of his role is to empower his clients to shoot for the stars and to be the one reminding them to exercise self-compassion if they haven’t gotten there yet.
