Testimonials and Coaching Highlights

Tara’s coaching style is focused on helping clients gain clarity in their leadership, realizing their greater potential, and being better. Initially, she spends time learning more about who they are, what is important to them, and what they really want. Then, she partners with them, often developing a plan, to go deeper, using different approaches to explore and often challenge clients – all in service of them further developing their leadership and attaining their greater potential and impact as a leader.
