Theresa brings more than 25 years of professional experience to her work as an executive coach. For the past 10+ years, she has coached hundreds of executives, managers, and rising leaders across several industries—drawing on an earlier career in tech consulting, go-to-market strategy, business development, and complex deal negotiation in companies like Deloitte, IBM, LinkedIn and several tech startups.
