Carl is a seasoned facilitator and executive coach with primary expertise in the areas of leadership development and talent management. He has extensive experience as both an in-house and external consultant and is skilled in instructional design, as well as executive coaching, leadership, and personal effectiveness program delivery in both digital and classroom formats. His insight and understanding of various cultures stem from over 20 years of experience at both multinational companies and domestic enterprises, as well as 3 years of running his own marketing & event company before further pursuing academic excellence overseas.

He has been serving both international and domestic clients, including ABB, TetraPak, Microsoft, Celanese, BASF, CXMT, Akzo Nobel, Armstrong, Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, Nora Flooring, Cartier, Natuzzi, Loreal, Nike, Eli Lilly, BMW and Bank of China and so on while helped many leaders from front line managers to senior executives to unlock their potential and reach to higher performance effectiveness. He had studied and worked abroad for 6 years together with experience in working with people in a diverse environment, which gives him a global perspective with a local sensitivity. He has been passionate about developing leaders with 1-1 and team coaching since 2013, and he believes that coaching is one of the most powerful leadership interventions for talent management and development for maximal ROI and performance effectiveness.
