You’ll meet with your coach for the duration of your engagement to work on your specific development goals and focus areas.
Building self awareness is the first step toward growth. The Torch Leadership Assessment helps experienced professionals understand how they show up as leaders.
During regular 1:1 video sessions, an experienced Torch coach will help the leader build a custom development plan based on their goals.
Leaders then set their own growth goals with the help of their Torch coach. Together, they will define specific actions to take between sessions.

Your partnership is private to you and your coach. We encourage you to share (as much as you’re comfortable) with your manager about your learnings and reflections.
Participants will work on a couple of near-term development goals. Some ideas for development to focus on with a coach include effective people management, navigating the organization, improving your executive presence, and team leadership.
Depending on the duration selected above, the product is a three (3) or six (6) month Coaching Unit, including: coach match; 360 feedback; leadership assessment; three (3) or six (6) continuous months of coaching, and; access to the Torch Platform. A Coaching Unit is activated once a participant is matched with a coach. A participant has twelve (12) months from the date of purchase to activate the Coaching Unit. Once activated, Units can not be switched between participants. Any Units not activated within twelve (12) months of purchase will be forfeited by Customer and associated fees will be non-refundable. By completing this purchase you agree to Torch’s Terms of Service. The terms of purchase are governed by the MSA between Torch and HP Inc.
