Participants can meet with their coach on an unlimited basis during their coaching engagement term to work on specific development goals and focus areas.

How the coaching engagement unfolds

Three phases — from request to ongoing partnership.

1. Getting Started

After you submit the request, we review your request and invite the participant to the necessary coaching program. At that time, the participant will receive an email invitation from Torch to create a match profile on the coaching platform, so we can find a coach that fits their needs.

Estimated effort: 15 minutes

2. Match Process

Participants receive an email from Torch, providing them with a short list of coaches to choose from. They'll have an opportunity to review the information for each option and make their selection. Once matched with a coach, the participant's coaching engagement begins.

Estimated timeline: 1 day

3. The Partnership

Participants determine the preferred meeting cadence with the coach and book sessions together, in order to maximize the experience.
