As we’re committed to bringing on only the best of the best, our coaches are rigorously vetted, highly experienced, and passionate about shaping the next generation of leaders through impactful, results-driven coaching.

Graduate studies

All Torch coaches hold a Bachelor’s degree, and our executive coaches have a Master’s or higher.

Professional experience

We’re looking for coaches with at least 5 years of business and leadership experience, and 15+ years for executive coaches.

Coaching expertise

Our coaches bring a proven track record, with at least 300+ hours of coaching experience and 750+ hours for executive coaches.

ICF accreditation

All Torch coaches have ACC credentials (or an international equivalent), with PCC credentials required for executive coaching roles.

Deep commitment

We value coaches who are committed to continuous learning and growth, with additional leadership or executive coaching certifications a plus.
