Remote First + Buffalo / NYC-Flatiron / SF
Our engineering team works in a remote-first manner across much of the United States. We also have several engineers located around our SF, Buffalo & NYC offices who stop in from time to time when working remotely doesn’t fit their style. Upon things getting back to something close to pre-pandemic normalcy, we plan to resume quarterly in-person Tech+Product gatherings for planning, bonding and lots of fun!

How We Hire
No brain teasers, no coding obscure sort algorithms in exotic languages from memory. Our interview process focuses on finding alignment in our values, and seeing how we can approach technical problems together. We’ll work through scenarios, assess pros/cons, ask questions, make assumptions and propose solutions as a team.
We encourage you to ask a lot of questions. You’re interviewing us, just as much as we’re interviewing you.
