Co-founder | CEO
Cameron is the Co-founder and CEO of Torch Leadership Labs. He brings 15 years of entrepreneurial experience to his role as CEO, along with a deep background in mindfulness and psychotherapy.
After the successful sale of a “click and mortar” retail company in 2005, Cameron spent 30 days on a silent meditation retreat. Insight from that period of silence and subsequent meditation retreats were foundational to his development as a leader, and lead him to study the roots of Freudian and Humanistic psychology at the California Institute of Integral studies, after which he co-found Well Clinic: a mental health company in San Francisco.
Under Cameron’s leadership, The Well became the Bay Area’s leading provider of private pay psychotherapy services. Torch is the natural next step in Cameron’s leadership journey, as it aims to democratize coaching by making it available to leaders at every level of an organization. Cameron has also served as an interpersonal dynamics facilitator at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
