Group coaching that builds collective leadership
Leaders grow faster when they grow together. Torch group coaching brings people into shared spaces to develop leadership capacities, tackle common challenges, and build lasting peer networks.
WHO'S IT FOR
Why group coaching, not just training
Group coaching is a live, coach-led experience where small peer cohorts meet regularly to work through shared leadership challenges. Unlike training or workshops, it’s not about theory, it’s about applying new mindsets to real work, in real time, with the support of an expert facilitator.
Unlike team coaching, which supports intact teams, group coaching brings together individuals across roles, functions, or identities who are navigating similar challenges. The goal is growth that carries back into the organization, through shared insight, stronger networks, and visible behavior shifts.
How it works
Torch group coaching connects leadership growth to real work and relationships. Groups are guided by expert coaches and grounded in your business context. Participants build confidence, clarity, and connection while learning from one another in a structured, supportive setting.
Each group is led by a seasoned Torch coach who guides discussion, prompts reflection, and fosters connection. The value comes from real talk, shared insight, and solving problems together.
Leaders meet regularly over 3 to 6 months in groups of 6–9. Each session builds on the last, creating a connected experience tied to real business needs.
Choose from proven programs or co-create a journey aligned to your priorities. Topics span communication, identity, resilience, and more.
Track progress through session engagement, peer feedback, and participant reflections. See how leaders are applying what they’ve learned, where they’re gaining traction, and where to go deeper next.

Alchemy of Talent: Disruption-Proof Teams
Designed by Dr. Vijay Pendakur, facilitated by Torch coaches, Disruption-Proof Teams is a three-month, cohort-based group coaching program for leaders navigating disruption—whether due to change, burnout, or organizational pressure.

Especially valuable for ERGs, DEI cohorts, and frontline or mid-level leaders, this program equips participants to:
- Lead with clarity in ambiguity. Build the grounded presence to make decisions and lead intentionally, even under pressure.
- Cultivate trust and belonging. Foster inclusion, deepen connection, and strengthen psychological safety across teams.
- Turn disruption into momentum. Reframe uncertainty into opportunity using research-backed frameworks, reflection tools, and live peer dialogue.
Participants meet over six sessions—kickoff, four workshops, and a capstone—and complete weekly practices to apply what they learn in real time.

Group coaching is often used alongside 1:1 and team coaching. Together, they reinforce shared language, accelerate growth, and ensure leadership development is connected, not siloed.
Group coaching brings together individuals across roles, functions, or identities who share a common development focus, but don’t necessarily work together day-to-day. Team coaching, on the other hand, supports intact teams with shared goals, accountability, and business outcomes. The group format fosters peer learning across perspectives. The team format strengthens collaboration and performance within a team unit.
It’s a strong fit for early-career professionals, new managers, and underrepresented leaders navigating shared challenges. It also supports intact cohorts like ERGs, DEI groups, or functional teams with a common priority.
Participants build confidence, strategic clarity, and stronger peer networks. Organizations see shifts in behavior, more inclusive collaboration, and greater alignment across functions.
