Torch’s seasoned coaches, trained in Dr. Pendakur’s methodology, lead all live sessions. While Dr. Pendakur designed the curriculum in collaboration with Torch, he does not deliver the sessions himself.
Six live touchpoints over 3 months: one kickoff session, four biweekly group coaching workshops, and a final capstone. Off-weeks feature short videos, worksheets, and practical exercises to deepen learning without adding to the workload.
