How it works
Torch Team Coaching is built for how teams really work, in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and shared ownership. Our coaches combine expert facilitation with your team’s context to help them get clear, take action, and move forward, together.
Before coaching begins, we gather input from the organization and team. Surveys and optional interviews help your coach understand team dynamics, stakeholder needs, and success criteria.
Over three months, teams meet biweekly for six 60–90 minute sessions. Coaches guide the team through reflection, perspective shifts, and real decision-making.
Each session includes:
- A check-in to surface what’s present.
- A facilitated conversation to explore what’s possible.
- Shared commitments and next steps owned by the team.
Midway through and at the end of the engagement, you’ll receive high-level summaries of team growth and coaching themes, grounded in leadership capacities and tied to your business goals. Every session drives clarity, momentum, and measurable progress, aligned to how your team works and what your business needs.
