What we look for in Torch coaches
Our coaching community is made up of exceptional individuals with deep experience, empathy, and a drive to help leaders grow. We’re always learning from our coaches—and when we’re ready to grow the team, here’s what we look for:

You’ve led when the stakes were high, the pace was relentless, and the people were what mattered most. That lived reality shapes every conversation you have with the leaders you coach.
You understand that identity, culture, and lived experience deeply influence the leadership journey. You might coach in more than one language, and we especially welcome coaches from historically marginalized and underrepresented backgrounds.

All Torch coaches hold a Bachelor’s degree, and our executive coaches have a Master’s or higher.
We’re looking for coaches with at least 5 years of business and leadership experience, and 15+ years for executive coaches.
Our coaches bring a proven track record, with at least 300+ hours of coaching experience and 750+ hours for executive coaches.
All Torch coaches have ACC credentials (or an international equivalent), with PCC credentials required for executive coaching roles.
We value coaches who are committed to continuous learning and growth, with additional leadership or executive coaching certifications a plus.
