Coaching leaders for a changing world
At Torch, we believe leadership is about driving change, not just managing it. Our coaching adapts to your world, empowering leaders to tackle today’s challenges—whether navigating AI, strengthening teams, or inspiring innovation. We focus on creating lasting impact from day one, preparing your entire organization for the future.
OUR STORY
We empower a new generation of leaders to evolve as fast as the world around them
Torch isn’t your typical coaching platform. It all started with our founders—two executive coaches with psychology backgrounds—who saw firsthand how coaching ignites change. Today, we carry that belief forward with a bold vision: to not just develop leadership, but to redefine it. And redefining leadership means reimagining coaching.
In a rapidly changing world, we equip leaders to inspire, adapt, and lead with guts and heart. Forget the playbooks of yesterday—our coaching doesn’t polish outdated mindsets; it rewires them.
The result? Leaders who don’t just manage change, but catalyze it.
